Poultry Meal 58% Protein

This product is obtained from the cooking and grinding of chicken byproducts from poultry processing. These meaty bone fragments are used to produce a highly nutritious meal that is an important source of calcium and phosphorus. The process involves breaking down the keratin present in the birds through acid/alkaline hydrolysis or the use of enzymes, releasing amino acids. After drying and grinding, the product can be used in animal feed. It is allergen-free.
