It is the product obtained from the adipose tissue of poultry in good sanitary condition, during the normal industrial processing of waste from processing plants.
It contains only natural fat from poultry tissue without the addition of free fatty acids, oleins, or fats from other sources, whether vegetable, animal, or mineral.
