It is an ingredient of animal origin obtained through a process of cooking, pressing, drying, and grinding clean chicken tissues (such as meat, skin, bones, and viscera, excluding feathers, heads, feet, and digestive contents). It is characterized by its high protein content, guaranteeing a minimum of 65% crude protein on a dry matter basis, making it a highly concentrated and digestible protein source for formulating balanced animal feeds, especially for pets (dogs and cats), aquaculture animals (fish and shrimp), and pigs.
